Tozer understood the sad condition of what was called the Church in his day, and the situation has not improved, but sadly only gotten worse. It would be easy for a young believer to despair if the Bible did not declare that Christ's Church will prevail, but Christ Himself assured us She would.
As so many times before the enemy, Satan, had tried to counterfeit God's working, but like each time before God's Church has prevailed. Each time she rises out of the pollution and corruption the enemy has tried to drag her down to but each time Christ has made His Bride to rise out of the filth. The Church always has and always will be triumphant. The question is, will you be part of the Church Triumphant, or will you go along with the Great Whore Satan has created to take Her place?
